🚨 Omnipod Safety Notice
Insulet is carrying out a voluntary safety action for specific lots of Omnipod 5 and Omnipod Insulin Management System (Omnipod Eros) Pods due to a manufacturing issue that may affect insulin delivery.
In some affected Pods, a small tear in the cannula tubing may cause insulin to leak, which could mean you receive less insulin than expected. Pods not included in the affected lots are safe to continue using.
Check whether you have any affected Pods.

The falsified product is labelled with batch D873576 and applies to Mounjaro KwikPen 15mg solution for injection in pre-filled pen only. Further Advice

Abbott has released an important update for some sensors due to possible incorrect low glucose readings. Check your sensors at http://freestylecheck.com or call 0800 170 11 77 and request a replacement if affected.
